Teladoc Health | Creative Director
Primary responsibilities include providing creative and strategic leadership to the B2B team for a variety of communication devices and brand evolutions for the global leader in whole-person care. I also successfully onboarded our outsourced team from Argentina, making sure they quickly understood the nuances of our brand and helping them push their creative executions. Collaboration with various internal teams including strategy, brand, marketing, product, PR, and HR, as well as external agency teams, was key to delivering omni-channel creative and photoshoots for a vast audience encompassing over 56 million members, 12,000 clients, and 5,000+ employees.

RR Donnelly/RadioShack | Creative Director
My leadership role involved overseeing a dynamic creative team that contributed to a wide range of strategic and executional solutions supporting RadioShack’s corporate, retail, brand and packaging initiatives. Additionally, my efforts were instrumental in securing a multi-year contract renewal, delivered by providing value and maintaining strong relationships with an ever evolving client. This success stabilized and improved client relations despite frequent leadership changes proving resilience and the ability to navigate challenging circumstances effectively.  

Javelin Direct | Creative Director
This role involved multifaceted leadership within the creative team, encompassing both conceptualization and execution of agency initiatives. Additionally, my mentorship of junior creatives demonstrated a commitment to fostering talent within the team. Was also involved in creating client contact strategies providing a strategic dimension to my responsibilities, while providing creative input to AT&T diversity agencies through collaboration, contributing to broader creative efforts. Managing a significant account like the $3.5 million U-verse member account created capacity for creative management and strategic client relationship-building. Overall, my role was instrumental in driving creative excellence, championing and evolving the brand, fostering talent, and managing key client relationships within the agency. 
 
Diesté | Associate Creative Director
Was a key part of a special team within Diesté called Directo involved in creating direct response communications and Direct Response Television (DRTV) specifically tailored for the Hispanic market. I played a crucial role in crafting targeted messaging and strategies to effectively reach and engage the Hispanic audience through direct marketing channels. These contributions underscored my expertise in understanding and effectively communicating with diverse demographic groups.

RAPP Collins Worldwide | Associate Creative Director
Held a significant role in a creative leadership capacity, overseeing the execution of various initiatives while also providing guidance to junior team members. Additionally, was involved in new business pitches and branding exercises with a broad range of responsibilities in strategic and creative decision-making. This combination of leadership, mentorship, and involvement in key business activities showcased my versatile skill set within the creative realm.
